Bartender/Server

Job Overview:
St. Louis Bar and Grill is seeking skilled Bartenders and Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively
