BCJ Carpentry PTY LTD is currently hiring dedicated and reliable workers to join our team, specialising in residential construction projects such as single-storey and double-storey homes, duplexes, triplexes, granny flats, as well as decking and pergolas. We are looking for individuals committed to maintaining high standards on site, who are ready to work safely and efficiently. All new team members must complete and sign the required company documentation and site inductions, provide a valid driver licence, and come equipped with essential tools including a Stanley knife, pencils, chalk line, bear claw, hammer, square, and an 8–10 meter tape measure, along with full PPE and a current White Card. Workers are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of 7AM, adhere to safety rules including a no-phone policy during work hours, and follow site protocols, with a one-hour lunch break and a standard finishing time between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you are committed, hardworking, and ready to contribute to high-quality residential construction projects, BCJ Carpentry PTY LTD welcomes your application.
