Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized facial, skin, and body treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Assist physicians in performing aesthetic procedures and ensure smooth treatment operations.
• Perform comprehensive skin assessments and recommend suitable treatment plans while addressing clients’ questions and concerns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Undertake ad hoc responsibilities and support operational needs as directed by management.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Accurately document treatment details and keep client records updated and organized.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a certification or relevant training in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetic Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty salon, wellness centre, or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, aesthetic treatments, and post-treatment care practices.
• Ability to conduct skin assessments, provide professional consultations, and recommend suitable treatments.
