DM Shapewear is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven Bilingual Assistant Store Sales Manager to join our team! If you love fashion, enjoy helping customers feel confident, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to meet you.
Position Details:
- Part-time: 21–28 hours per week.
- Base pay + daily, weekly, and monthly commissions. Retail leadership opportunity with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and motivating a sales team.
- Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
- Open and close the store as needed.
- Follow company policies, instructions, and sales strategies.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store. Actively engage customers and promote DM Shapewear products.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (required).
- Strong sales skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Outgoing, confident, and bubbly personality.
- Ability to lead by example and work well with a team.
- Reliable, responsible, and professional. Retail or sales experience.
