Bilingual Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care or nursing home settings and possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of your clients.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in condition.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client health to appropriate personnel.
• Support individuals with disabilities by providing tailored assistance based on their specific needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or nursing home settings is preferred.
• Strong skills in patient care and assisting individuals with daily activities.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for client mobility assistance.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus.
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while following care plans established by healthcare professionals.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
