Bilingual Italian | It Service Desk

IT Help Desk responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets

Requirements and skills

  • 1-5 years experience as a IT help desk or other Technical support role in a BPO industry
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • At least 2nd year undergrad
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
