IT Help Desk responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets
Requirements and skills
- 1-5 years experience as a IT help desk or other Technical support role in a BPO industry
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- At least 2nd year undergrad
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
