In partnership with AT&T, we are seeking a driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our Irving, TX team. Bilingual Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a diverse customer base, building rapport and trust to uncover their telecom needs.
  • Masterfully present and sell a variety of AT&T products, from internet and TV to wireless services.
  • Act as a product expert, answering customer questions with confidence and clarity.
  • Successfully close sales and manage the customer onboarding process.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales and customer interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay sharp and knowledgeable.
  • Contribute to a high-energy and supportive team atmosphere.

Bilingual Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must to serve our diverse community.
  • Proven sales or customer service experience.
  • A persuasive and engaging communication style.
  • Competitive and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
