Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients, gathering relevant medical history and behavioral information.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and special education.
- Provide on-site supervision in our center and local schools
- Provide telehealth supervision as part comprehensive case oversight
Skills
- Proficient in EBP behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong understanding of data collection methods related to patient care and assessment.
- Familiarity with practice management software, records, and documentation processes.
- Ability to conduct patient assessments effectively while adhering to HIPAA
Experience
- At least two years as a BCBA. Will consider newer certified candidates with a strong background in ABA
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations as they pertain to patient care and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in applied behavior analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
