What You’ll Do
- Design and implement individualized ABA programs that align with each child’s strengths and goals
- Lead engaging, family-centered training to empower and educate caregivers
- Deliver direct clinical care while supervising BTs, RBTs, and interns on your team
- Monitor data and documentation to ensure high standards of accuracy and effectiveness
- Partner with families and staff to define clear treatment goals and measure progress
- Facilitate team meetings that promote collaboration and continuous learning
- Conduct assessments and prepare clinical documentation in accordance with deadlines
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
