Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency in the implementation of behavior plans.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health.

Skills

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in patient assessment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
