Boba Barista

Boba Bliss in Dublin, CA is looking for long-term barista who can work in fast-paced environment, self-motivated and willing to learn to join our amazing team. We are located on 8945 San Ramon Rd, Dublin.

Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working, be able to work more than 1 year.

Responsibilities

**Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

**You're a team player, flexible, supportive, and dedicated. *Working experience as a barista is Plus but not required *Experience in fast-paced environment, can handle pressure and available to work weekend *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Salary:

• Start-up pay rate is $15/hour plus tips can go up to $19-$20/hr and will increase overtime depends on work performance.
