The story of TBaar started in Brooklyn, New York City in 2006. The brand has grown at a steady pace and it has over 50 location in more than 10 states nowadays. After being in the market for 15 years, TBaar has adapting a new slogan of ‘creativiTEA is Brewing’ in 2021. We are seeking for staff can start the training in early October. Our ideal candidates are someone plan to stay for long-term position (1+ year). The position is required for weekend availability. Employee discounts is offered. Performance will be reviewed quarterly. Wage adjustment is depended on your performance review. Awesome workplace atmosphere! * Must be available to work during the weekdays, weekends, and holiday seasons

* Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the USA

* Stocking inventory and restocking ingredients throughout the shift

* Sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment throughout shift

* Providing an excellent customer’s service

* Operating cash register and receiving both cash and electronic payments precisely

* Following recipes and preparing accurately

* Preparing and stocking fresh fruit and topping

* Following instructions to cook boba and brew tea

* Maintaining cleanness and organizing work stations

* Must have a good ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

* Must be a fast learner and enjoy working in fast paced environment

* Must be punctual, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible

* Similar industry experience preferred but not necessary

* Following health and safety guidelines

* Obtaining Food Handler's Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
