Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare and serve a variety of boba teas, milk teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages.

• 
  Craft creative, custom drink options based on customer preferences.

• 
  Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to create beverages.

• 
  Ensure all drinks are made with the highest quality ingredients and presented beautifully.

• 
  Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and upbeat manner.

• 
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and cafe area.

• 
  Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and cleanliness.

• 
  Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

• 
  Be an ambassador for our brand by delivering a memorable cafe experience to every guest.

Qualifications:

• 
  Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred but not required.

• 
  A passion for boba and beverages and an interest in trying new drink flavors.

• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• 
  Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• 
  Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.

• 
  Must be 18+ years old.

• 
  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
