Speedy Flower is a Dublin City Centre based letting company providing budget-friendly residential accommodation for people looking to live in the busy city area. We are a growing group expanding across Ireland, Portugal, the US, and China, with new business development in accommodation and international exporting, retail, and B2B home goods sectors.

We are now hiring a Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping, monthly payroll, and tax-related administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including invoices, expenses, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities
• Assist the external accountant with reporting, documentation, and filings
• Support tax-related administration, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met
• Keep finance records organised and up to date

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Full working rights in Ireland (required)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
