Company Overview:

Skincentrix Wellness Haus is a busy, high-end Medical Aesthetics Clinic located in Mississauga. We offer premium services, including Laser Hair Removal, Injectables, Facials, Body Contouring, and more.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and supporting management with clear and organized financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily bookkeeping and data entry in QuickBooks
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Preparing financial reports using Excel
  • Maintaining well-organized financial records and documentation
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing
  • Supporting management with financial summaries and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with small businesses
  • Knowledge of payroll and sales tax filings is an asset

Schedule

  • Day shift / Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • In-person work required
  • Availability: 20–30 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
