Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator - Part Time

Duties / Responsibilities –

· Bookkeeping of all transactions, to include bank transactions and reconciliations of all banking using Xero.

· Transaction Processing: Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers, processing invoices, and recording receipts.

· Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, credit cards, and supplier statements on Xero

· Payroll & VAT: Processing weekly/monthly payroll

· Submitting returns to Revenue. PAYE /CSO /VIES /CBAM

· Reporting: Assisting with monthly management accounts, cash flow reports, and preparing audit files.

· Prepare Supplier invoices authorisation and payment at month end

· Manage accounts Payable and receivable, along with supplier queries.

· Administration: Handling office operations, vendor relationships, and general clerical duties

· Support Sales Admin where necessary

Must be proficient in:

  • Microsoft office
  • Xero Accounting software
  • Sage Professional Payroll
  • Reporting to ROS

Ability to communicate clearly in English [ spoken and written]

Strictly office-based role

Reliable commute to Dublin 12 is essential
