Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logs of sales, expenses, and payroll.
- Systems Management: Utilize Google Sheets/Excel to track inventory and cash flow. (Bonus points if you can show us a better way to do it!)
- HR Support: Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and lead the initial screening and communication with new applicants.
- LGU & Compliance: Handle administrative filings, permits, and coordination with Local Government Units (LGU) to ensure the business stays compliant.
- Process Improvement: We hate stagnation. You will be encouraged to experiment with and implement new organization techniques to make our office more efficient.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: You have managed books in a real-world setting. You understand the "why" behind the numbers, not just the "how."
- Tech Savvy: You are a wizard with Google Sheets or Excel. While experience with accounting software (like QuickBooks or Xero) is a plus, it is not required as long as you are a fast learner.
- The "Optimizer" Mindset: You are highly organized but never satisfied. You’re the type of person who sees a messy folder and creates a color-coded system to fix it.
- Strong Communicator: You can talk to anyone—from a new applicant to an LGU official—with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
- Integrity: You handle sensitive financial and employee data with absolute discretion.

Contract length: 2 months
Pay: Php16,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
