Job Description
We are currently seeking an Integrated Media Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
Support in Marketing and Media presentations documents and briefs
Update budgets and timings on internal tools following ad hoc market changes to plans
Guide the agenda and minutes from meetings with media agency and local markets
Understanding Specs form the agency and monitor progress of media content creation in line with deadlines – working closely with Project Management team
Monitor competitive activities within the media landscape (i.e. Online and Offline) and conduct presentations to the team
Work closely with the media agency in ensuring Digital specs and UTM files are updated and clear
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is desirable
Strong communication skills in a fast pace environment and attention to details
Experienced with social media platforms
Understanding of 360 integrated marketing across the digital ecosystem
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functions
Fully proficient and confident in Excel and Power Point
Fluent in English
