Responsibilities of a Derm Clinic Manager:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, satisfaction, and confidentiality.
• Monitor budgets, supplies, and clinic resources.
• Support marketing, business development, and service improvement initiatives.
• Implement safety, hygiene, and risk management protocols.
