Branch Manager (Sales & Team Building) – Public Adjusting

About the Opportunity

Are you a natural-born leader who prefers "leading from the front" rather than sitting behind a desk? USA Claims, a premier Public Claims Adjuster firm, is expanding in the Greater Las Vegas area. We represent residential and commercial property owners to ensure they receive fair settlements from insurance companies.

We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to launch and grow our Las Vegas operations.

Note: This is a "ground-floor" opportunity. You will begin by canvassing and generating sales to master our process, then transition rapidly into recruiting, training, and managing your own team.

What You Will Do

• Phase 1 (Lead by Example): actively canvass residential and commercial neighborhoods to generate leads and sign clients. You must master the pitch before you can teach it.

• Phase 2 (Build the Branch): Recruit, hire, and train a high-performance team of canvassers and sales reps.

• Operations & Tracking: Monitor daily KPIs and sales quotas. You will be responsible for inputting and tracking all data using GoHighLevel (CRM).

• Training: Conduct daily sales meetings and ride-alongs to develop your team’s skills.

• Strategy: Identify storm-damaged areas and high-potential commercial zones within the Las Vegas Valley.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in Sales and Management is required. Experience in roofing, solar, restoration, or public adjusting is a major plus.

• Tech Savvy: Must be comfortable using CRM software for data entry and tracking. Experience with GoHighLevel is highly preferred.

• Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for daily travel throughout the Greater Las Vegas area.

• Mindset: You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You are willing to learn our specific industry regulations and teach them to others.

• Grit: You are not afraid to knock on doors and handle objections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
