Branch Manager (Urgent Hiring)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, supervise, and support the front-of-house team during service
• Ensure smooth and efficient service flow
• Greet guests, assist with orders when needed, and uphold excellent hospitality standards
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Oversee branch scheduling, staffing, and shift management
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and adherence to restaurant standards
• Manage daily sales reports and ensure accurate cash handling
• Review and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reports; implement strategies to hit targets
• Support marketing initiatives and in-house promotions

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years managerial experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
• Clear and confident speaking voice; fluent in English and Tagalog
• Strong listening skills, memory, and attention to detail
• 4–5 years experience in full-service dining
• Must be familiar with P&L reports, costing, inventory, and operational KPIs
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine or wine service is a plus
• Knowledge in SME's
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
