Located in the iconic Sydney InterContinental Hotel, our bridal boutique is the epitome of luxury experience and the only stockist of Vera Wang high-end bridal couture in Australia.

Key responsibilities will include.

• Providing exceptional customer service, consistent with the premium Vera Wang Bride brand.
• Providing personalised styling advice and recommendations based on an understanding of customers’ needs, preferences, and body types.
• Handling fittings and alterations appointments with professionalism, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for customers.
• Assisting to guide customers through different stages of the sales process, from initial consultation to final purchase, as required.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the boutique’s product range, with an ongoing commitment to product knowledge and training.
• Performing general store maintenance and general administrative tasks such as assisting with stocktake, organising the boutique, and steaming gowns.
• Assisting with the delivery of trunk shows, expos, and pop-ups as needed.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Previous retail experience within bridal or luxury service.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing a positive and memorable experience to brides.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to customers with varying cultural backgrounds.
• Empathetic with the ability to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
• Solid understanding of gown or garment construction.
• A keen eye for fashion and attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills to process transactions and manage appointments.
• A friendly, positive and professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Flexible availability, including Thursday evenings and day and evening shifts on Saturday.
