Business And Marketing Intern (Full-Time, Generalist Role)

Location: Singapore (Hybrid/Remote flexibility)

Commitment: Full-time internship (4–6 months)

Reporting to: Founder & Lead Therapist

Role Overview

This full-time generalist internship is ideal for a motivated individual who will primarily support our social media presence, creating and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Alongside social media, the intern will assist with other business functions including client coordination, marketing campaigns, event support, and administrative tasks. This role provides comprehensive exposure to small business operations in a specialized therapy setting, perfect for someone eager to develop versatile skills and contribute meaningfully.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and manage engaging social media content tailored to our therapy audience
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives
  • Help plan and execute community events and educational workshops
  • Track social media and marketing analytics to optimize engagement
  • Provide administrative support and assist with daily business operations

Desired Skills and Qualities

  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Experience or interest in social media management and basic graphic design tools and AI tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative
  • Interest in psychology, autism therapy, special needs education, or business/marketing development

Compensation & Duration

  • Paid internship with CPF
  • Full-time commitment (approximately 40 hours per week) for 4 to 6 months
