Job Title - Business Data Analyst – Entry Level

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, entry-level Business Data Analyst to support reporting, dashboarding, and business insights. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate business data from multiple sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards.
• Use SQL and Excel to extract, organize, and summarize data.
• Build visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
• Support business teams with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
• Document business metrics, definitions, and reporting logic.
• Present findings clearly and concisely.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong Excel skills
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting
• Basic Knowledge with Power BI or Tableau
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with business teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• Internship, project, or academic experience in data analysis
• Basic Python knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and business reporting

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
