JOB SUMMARY:
Excelerate seeks a proactive and tech-savvy individual to join the Singapore Business Development team as an Analyst. The successful candidate will support development activities, provide administrative assistance, and drive implementation of new AI tools for the team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in commercial analysis, stakeholder management, and strategic planning within a dynamic and supportive environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following activities:
- Conduct research and analysis to support development projects and strategic initiatives.
- Leverage on new AI tools to analyze data, generate insights, and automate routine tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support where required, e.g., tender packages, meeting notes etc.
- Support the development and implementation of project plans and timelines.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to provide timely insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance etc., to support development projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Recent graduate or related work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, other data analysis and new AI tools (e.g., machine learning platforms, data analysis software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
