Business Development Executive – Onshore (Outsourcing Industry)
Full-Time | Onsite | Field-Based
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our onshore sales team across key U.S. cities. The candidate must have worked with companies that use Karbon, Canopy, or TaxDome Practice Management Systems and have a strong background in the outsourcing/offshoring industry (e.g., Global FPO, Entegrity, etc.).
This is a field-based role involving in-person client meetings, event participation, and corporate outreach, representing the company at various forums.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development by targeting accounting firms and enterprises outsourcing their finance & back-office functions.
Represent the company at industry events, expos, networking meetups, and conferences.
Build relationships with decision-makers, especially in CPA firms and mid-size accounting practices.
Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals.
Maintain strong pipeline management and regular reporting on outreach, leads, and conversions.
Work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
Mandatory Requirements:
3–8 years of business development or corporate sales experience in the outsourcing/accounting services industry.
Familiarity with client workflows, compliance models, and PMS-driven operational structures.
Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Must be comfortable with field work, meetings, and frequent local travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience dealing with CPA or accounting firms in the US.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Understanding of US accounting/tax outsourcing models and client engagement cycles.
