Job description:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development and client management. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and support.

Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance for management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development and client management.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willing to report onsite in Quezon Ave, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
