Business Development Associate

Job Description:
The Business Development Associate is responsible for expanding the company’s client base and increasing sales by building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on promoting medical products, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing accounts within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical products to Orthopedic, Rheumatology, and Rehabilitation Medicine doctors
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and key decision-makers
• Conduct regular hospital visits, product presentations, and follow-ups
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
• Prepare sales activity reports and market feedback

North Manila

• SLMC QC / Global QC
• TMC / Pasig Area
• Cardinal Santos / UST Area
• Pampanga / Tarlac / Bataan Area

South Luzon

• Asian Hospital
• Cavite / Pasay Area
• Makati / Mandaluyong Area
• PGH Manila Area

Target Doctors:

• Orthopedic
• Rheumatology
• Rehabilitation Medicine

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in hospital or medical sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and willing to do fieldwork
• With valid driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
