Business Development Manager

Attachment Description

This role in real estate is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Look for new property owners, developers, or companies that need property management services.

2. Meet and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Prepare proposals and presentations to show clients what your company can offer.

4. Manage documents and submissions for tenders and new contracts.

5. Help the company grow its market share.

6. Keep an eye on trends, competitors, and changes in rules or customer needs.

7. Suggest new ideas, technology, or services that can improve property management.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Property management or real estate services.

2. Strong communication and sales skills / Customer service

3. Understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial property needs.

4. Able to work independently and as part of a team

5. Knowledge of local property regulations
