Business Development Manager

Job Summary
The Business Development Manager drives company growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets while collaborating with internal teams to support long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and KPI targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and customer support teams
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM and reporting records
• Explore partnerships and strategic collaborations
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php65,000.00 per month
