We are building a next-generation B2B collections and recovery platform designed for the digital era. Combining technology, legal expertise, and high-touch negotiation, our firm helps financial institutions recover capital more efficiently, more compliantly, and more transparently than traditional agencies.
Our model integrates soft collections, litigation, and technology-driven workflows under one roof, supported by in-house negotiators, litigators, and a modern platform built to serve specialty finance companies.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a high-performing business development professional with experience in specialty finance, collections, legal services, or B2B SaaS. You will work directly with founders and senior leadership while driving new client acquisition and supporting overall market strategy. The position is approximately 75% sales and 25% marketing and includes travel to industry conferences, client offices, and trade events.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership (75%)
- Drive new client acquisition across B2B finance, specialty lenders, and MCA companies
- Develop and execute targeted outbound sales strategies
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Build relationships with executives at financing companies and lenders
- Provide market feedback to help shape product positioning
- Develop sales forecasts and revenue projections
Strategic Marketing (25%)
- Assist in creating outbound campaigns and sales collateral
- Support early-stage marketing initiatives and partnerships
- Collaborate on brand messaging across LinkedIn and digital channels
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows
- Help position the firm within the collections, legal tech, and fintech ecosystem
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years experience in sales, partnerships, or client development
- Background in collections, legal services, fintech, specialty finance, or B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of B2B debt recovery or merchant financing markets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling to MCA companies or specialty lenders
- Familiarity with digital collection platforms or AI-driven sales tools
- Trade show or conference sales experience
Compensation
Total Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000+ | Base Salary: $125,000 plus uncapped commission. This role offers significant upside tied directly to revenue performance.
