We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager for AWS and Services to lead AWS initiatives in Norway and support Arrow Managed Services. This role is central to driving cloud growth, partner onboarding, and regional collaboration across the Nordics and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary AWS Contact in Norway: Serve as the main liaison between AWS and Arrow, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration on strategic goals.

  • Regional Collaboration: Work closely with AWS teams in other Nordic countries and across EMEA to share insights, align strategies, and drive joint success.

  • Budget Ownership: Take full responsibility for the AWS budget in Norway, including planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

  • Sales Campaign Leadership: Design and execute local sales campaigns to promote AWS solutions and drive partner engagement.

  • Partner Onboarding: Lead efforts to identify, recruit, and onboard new AWS partners, ensuring readiness and long-term success.

  • Arrow Managed Services: Promote and support Arrow’s Managed Services offerings in Norway

  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cloud partnerships, preferably with AWS or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with managed services and the Norwegian IT ecosystem.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across geographies.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
