Business Development Manager (Sales & Customer Support)

Shift Timings - Mon to Fri 11:30pm to 8:30am PST & Sat - 11:30pm to 4:30 am PST

Work Mode - Fully Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who will handle sales-related activities along with customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales

  • Generate new leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Present and explain company products/services to prospective clients
  • Conduct sales calls, product demos, and regular follow-ups
  • Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM systems

Customer Support

  • Handle customer queries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with client onboarding and provide basic product support
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management

Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales and support reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Suggest improvements to sales and support processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Support (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email systems, and MS Excel
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 5 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role
  • Experience in IT, software, or service-based companies is a plus
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
