As a Business Development Manager supporting our Vision Care Sales Team, you will be trusted to grow and manage a portfolio of over 130 accounts, including independent optical retailers and chain stores, in the Stockholm area.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with optical store teams and key account stakeholders to deliver tailored product solutions and drive sales performance.
- Promoting and selling Alcon’s Vision Care portfolio, including contact lenses, lens care, and dry eye products, to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Delivering in-store product training and supporting promotional activities and customer events.
- Developing and executing customized business plans and commercial projects to support account growth.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Experience: experience in Business, Optometry, Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, or FMCG.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, team player, business acumen, and the ability to work independently.
- Behaviors: A dynamic, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Language: Fluent in English and Swedish
