Business Development Manager, Vn

Job Purpose/RoleThis position is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. You will be primarily responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring long-term profitability and quality of our customer portfolio

Key Responsibilities- Renewal of existing policies- Generate new leads and acquire new customers generated by market management- Building and maintain relationships with fronting insurers, brokers and banks- Meet monthly and annual sales target
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience- Bachelor degree holder or equivalent - Min 5 years of experience in B-to-B sales, consultative selling- Knowledge of banking/financial product - Ability to build and maintain relationship (ie. outgoing personality, comfortable with client facing role, excellent presentation and negotiation skill with c-suite)- Willing to travel up to 50% within Vietnam at short notice- Good command of both spoken and written English and Vietnamese Language
