Business Development Officer

Tilcrest Roofing Systems, a brand under Ascend Building Solutions Inc., is looking for a Business Development Officer who will work with a team to ensure excellent product and service delivery. They have a wealth of knowledge about a product, or range, and also analyze market trends, search out new business in the assigned area, develop sales, price and profitability strategies, build client relationships, recommend improvements, identify opportunities, and increase revenue.

• Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare written proposals and quotations for clients.
• Manage sales for assigned accounts, including price negotiations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and proper organization.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints, and coordinate resolutions via phone and email.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, concerns, competitive activities, and potential opportunities for new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least six (6) months of experience in sales within the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Preferably with a construction background, ideally in the roofing industry.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and standards.
• Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork.
• Preferably with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
