Business Development Officer (BDO)Role Summary

The Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams across the group of companies. The role supports the organization’s growth through market expansion, feasibility studies, and strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for potential projects
• Prepare business proposals, investment presentations, and partnership agreements
• Assist management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and HR to support project execution
• Support negotiations with partners, clients, and stakeholders
• Monitor the performance and progress of new projects and partnerships
• Ensure business initiatives align with company goals and growth strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales strategy, or corporate planning
• Experience in healthcare, distribution, logistics, fuel, property, or multi-industry environments is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct market research, feasibility studies, and business analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and basic financial modeling

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
