Business Development Officer (Bdo)

MILLENIS is a French family-owned, independent international trading company with a strong reputation in its sector, focused on customer proximity and adaptability.

As part of the development of our Minerals and Feed Additives business, we are recruiting a B2B Sales to strengthen our team and support our growth.

Key responsibilities:

As BDO, you are responsible for promoting and selling our products, establishing and maintaining customer relationships whilst achieving agreed sales & margin targets. To do this, you will need to :

- Consolidate & develop strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.

- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (frequent travels abroad).

- Collaborate with all the teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.

- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Geographical area: UK.

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar sector

- Excellent client servicing, organisational, and communication skills

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
