Role Overview

You'll be responsible for expanding Skyro’s presence within the SME market in the assigned region. This role focuses on acquiring new SME clients, building strong partnerships, and driving the adoption of fintech products and services to achieve revenue and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and acquire new SME clients within the assigned territory.
  • Promote and drive adoption of Skyro’s fintech solutions such as digital payments, lending products, POS systems, payroll solutions, and mobile wallets.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop regional growth strategies aligned with company objectives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish strong relationships with SME owners and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative sales discussions.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure strong product adoption and customer retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
  • Market Expansion & Insights
  • Conduct market research to identify industry opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Analyze competitor activity and regional business landscapes.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management on market performance.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build partnerships with business associations, distributors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Represent the company at SME events, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Work with marketing teams to support regional campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Portfolio & Risk Monitoring

  • Monitor SME account performance to maintain a healthy portfolio.
  • Assist with credit risk evaluation and collection processes when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client data in CRM systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Track KPIs including acquisition rates, revenue growth, product usage, and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, SME banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with digital payments, lending, or financial products is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of SME markets and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
