Business Intelligence Analyst [Hybrid]

To date, we own and manage over 3,700 Pay & Go kiosks and 46 Cash Connect ATM machines nationwide.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer / Analyst with experience in banking and fintech environments to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions within a modern Data Fabric architecture.

The role will be responsible for transforming integrated data from multiple systems into actionable insights, supporting decision-making, regulatory reporting, and business performance monitoring. The role involves having ability to solve complex business data problems and processes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in data visualisation, semantic modeling, SQL, and financial data analysis, with exposure to Data Fabric components such as Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and real-time analytics. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure work quality outcome.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to translate business requirements into scalable data processes that generates reports and dashboard.
• Develop and maintain semantic data models (datasets), data schemas, business logic, KPIs and calculated measures. Enhance and optimized as the business target evolved.
• Design, develop and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into visual analytics dashboard and reports. Able to perform optimization to ensure performance, usability and scalability of reports.
• Support the Key Initiatives matrix of business departments, executives and operational users to build an insightful visualization report.
• Apply best practices in visualization (UX, layout, storytelling).
• Maintain documentation for sematic model, business glossary / rules, metadata and data measures.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Operation Supports and 3rd Party Partners.
• Participate in Agile or other development methodologies to contribute to sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, BS Information Systems, and other IT related courses.

Experience: At least 5 years' experience on Data Warehouse visualisation and dashboard development and expert in building semantic models.

While banking or fintech industry experience is preferred, candidates from other industries with strong BI development skills will also be considered.

Skills:

• Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, data modeling) particular on integration with Microsoft Fabric or cloud-based data platforms
• Proficient in MS SQL, MS Scripting, Python scripting, Dimention modeling, Sematic Models.
• Experience designing and maintaining analytical data warehouse and datasets/datamarts solutions for Reports and Dashboards.
• Experience in data modeling (dimensional and relational).
• Familiar and have understanding of data pipelines and ETL/ELT.
• Knows on DevOps - CI/CD for data pipelines, GitHub or any version control compliance.
