Business Operation Intern

Job description:

We are hiring Business Operations Interns to work with the operations team at Cyberstanc and expand operations across the APAC Region.

You will be Doing:

• Working directly with the Core Team on core business strategies
• Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Assisting in client communication, proposals, and follow-ups
• Helping improve and scale go-to-market strategies
• Conducting market and competitor research
• Participating in brainstorming sessions (no idea is too crazy—trust us, we’ve tried!)
• Helping us refine our pitch decks, CRM process, and outreach strategies

What you will Learn:

• Building B2B and B2C outreach strategies
• Using sales tools like CRM, email automation, LinkedIn marketing, and more
• Business communication that doesn’t put people to sleep
• Time management, ownership, and prioritization—startup-style
• How do we navigate chaos, ambiguity, and still make things happen
• How real decisions are made, when you sit right beside the person making them
