Café Assistant Manager

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a genuine love for hospitality. This is a hands-on role in a very busy café where personality matters just as much as experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Specialty coffee experience essential
• Experienced barista
• Passion for great food and customer experience
• Confidence overseeing daily café operations
• Stock control and ordering experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support the team
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent customer service standards
• High standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Comfortable with opening and closing duties
• Friendly, approachable, and a real people person
• Strong personality with a positive attitude
• Bonus points for helping the boss stay at least semi-sane!

We’d love someone who enjoys chatting with customers, creates a warm atmosphere, and can keep calm while things get hectic!

Pay: €13.50-€17.00 per hour
