Cafe Manager

We are a growing bespoke pastry store on Park road, Milton and seeking a full-time Head Barista/Cafe manager to join the team.

We can offer approximately 30-38 hours a week.

The applicant must be confident with customer service and have a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications & experience

• Have a minimum of 2 year experience as a barista or store assistant
• Positive attitude with passion working in hospitality
• Have the capacity to learn quickly
• Be reliable and open minded
• Work well in a team, and autonomously
• Be able to work quickly and multi task
• Maintaining the 'vibe', clean and energetic environment
• Communicating with other team members in an efficient and friendly manner
