Cafe Manager

Cafe manager - Gloria Jeans : We are looking for motivated cafe manager to join our high performing team . Role responsibilities:

• Training and Supervision:Training new staff on cafe procedures, food safety, and customer service, and providing ongoing supervision.
• Performance Management:Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues or concerns.

Customer Service:

• Ensuring Positive Customer Experiences: Overseeing customer service interactions, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Ensuring the cafe is clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
• Building Customer Relationships: Interacting with customers, fostering loyalty, and gathering feedback.

Inventory and Operations:

• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Ensuring Quality Control: Ensuring food and beverage quality, presentation, and safety standards are maintained.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $34.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
