Cafe Manager – Milton (No Weekends)

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Cafe Manager to lead our cafe in Milton. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is genuinely passionate about coffee and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, leading the team on shift, and maintaining high standards across service, quality, and culture. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front, and taking pride in the details.

A large part of our clientele is made up of regular customers, so building relationships, remembering names, and creating a welcoming, consistent experience is key.

About the role:

• Cafe Manager position
• Location: Milton
• No weekends
• Free onsite parking
• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 plus super (based on experience) + incentives
• Commencing mid January

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support staff while fostering a positive workplace culture
• Deliver consistently high-quality coffee and customer service
• Maintain strong attention to detail across service and presentation
• Guide the team during busy service periods
• Contribute creative ideas to menu development and continuous improvement
• Ensure smooth daily operations and organisation of the cafe

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to jump in where needed
