Cafe Service Crew

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all customers.
- Guide customer through the menu, offering recommendations when needed.
- Ensure service flows smoothly from greeting to farewell, maintaining consistency and grace under pressure
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Handle guest feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Support daily opening and closing duties, including setup and service readiness.

Requirements
- At least 1 year F&B or cafe experience prior.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee drinks is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on weekends/PH.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
