Canvassing Sales Representative – Roofing (Hourly + Bonuses, $60k+ Potential)

We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our growing roofing team as Canvassing Sales Representatives. This is a door-to-door outreach role focused on speaking with homeowners, generating interest, and setting appointments for our roofing sales team. No closing required.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about roofing inspections and storm-related damage
• Educate homeowners and set appointments for our roofing specialists
• Accurately document interactions and scheduled appointments
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Compensation

• Hourly pay (paid weekly)
• Performance-based bonuses per appointment and/or signed project
• Top performers earn $60,000+ annually
• Bonuses paid in addition to hourly wages
• No cap on earning potential

Compensation includes hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses. Average earnings for active representatives exceed $60,000 annually. Individual earnings may vary based on performance, hours worked, and market conditions.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, in accordance with Georgia law. Valid government-issued ID required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
