SOMMELIER

CAPTAIN (Floor Leader)

We are seeking a strong, charismatic Captain who:

• Leads the floor with authority and elegance
• Understands luxury service standards
• Controls service timing and guest flow
• Oversees staff performance and presentation
• Ensures every table feels VIP
• Handles high-end clientele with confidence
• Maintains composure in high-energy evenings (live entertainment & DJ nights)

Experience in upscale / fine dining required.

SOMMELIER

We are seeking a passionate Sommelier who:

• Has deep wine knowledge (Old & New World)
• Understands Champagne service
• Can create pairings for Japanese & Italian cuisine
• Confidently upsells premium bottles
• Educates staff and guests
• Curates and expands a luxury wine list
• Enhances the overall guest experience through wine storytelling

WSET certification is a plus.

Luxury hospitality background preferred.
