Car Detailer

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Car Detailer to join our team. We are a mobile car detailing company. Each detailer on the team has their own schedule, equipment and vehicle, and goes out every day to our customers' homes to detail their vehicles at their location.

Must have:

• Your own vehicle. (Needs to be an SUV or larger to fit the products and equipment).
• Detailing experience
• Detailing equipment
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail vehicles to quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service when arriving and leaving (returning keys) And through the whole experience.
• Operate necessary equipment for car detailing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment. (Never litter at a customer's location).
• Work 5 days per week. Flexibility on choosing those days.

Skills:

• Experience in cleaning and detailing vehicles.
• Hand waxing and buffing.
• Clay bar
• Interior vacuum and shampooing
• Ceramic Coating is a plus

Compensation:

We offer our customers 3 different detailing packages, for each size vehicle. Every package and car size has a different commission. The simplest package has a $70 commission, and the highest $137.

Detailers do 2 jobs per day, schedulers vary the packages so everyone does simpler and harder jobs, therefore having an average commission of $150 to $250 per day.

There are days when customers cancel or reschedule, days when it rains or the weather doesn't allow us to detail, not every of the 365 days will have 2 apts.

Payment is sent every 15 days. (Twice a month).

Tips are yours to keep.

Each payroll includes $100 for gas money.
