Car Detailer/Finisher

The successful applicant will play an important role in preparing vehicles to an excellent standard for display and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and helping maintain our reputation for quality.

Candidate requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Previous experience in car detailing or body repair essential
• Confident with machine polishers, paint products and tools
• Alloy wheel repair/refurbishment experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving licence preferred
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a face paced and busy environment
• Full, clean driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out full interior and exterior vehicle cleaning and detailing
• Machine polishing, paint correction and minor paint repair
• Alloy wheel refurbishment, sanding, filling and repainting
• Touch-ups and smart repairs on scratches, chips and scuffs
• Wash, vacuum and finish cars ready for handover or showroom
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, equipment and materials
• Follow health & safety processes and use products correctly
• Work to deadlines while maintaining excellent standards
• Support the sales and service team when required
